The Devil brazen

Wanders the Earth,

Pecking for scraps...

Pecking for souls

Down on their luck,

And those up acting daft!

He loves it most,

When wandering...

He passes a lapse!

Weak souls to him

Are Gold;

To furnace and craft:

So like ways and means

And being,

Fall Into His Trap!

Louder and louder He laughs!

Lost souls left aghast!
