Calling All Present And Future Addicts

I see it clear - it's plain to see,

On drink and drugs, we cannot be.

Consumed with fear - obsessed in mind,

The love we long we cannot find.

The pain we feel - we conceive,

So grim at times we cannot breathe.

Reported now it needs to be,

Teenage users you must see:

Drink and drugs is not the cure,

Will steal your mind and so much more...

Steal you loved ones - steal your friends -

For the active addict love pretends!

Please take advice from one who knows?

In drink and drugs more sorrow flows...

On drink and drugs my life was hell!

I'm lucky to live with a tale to tell!

I'm lucky to pass my message on -
